Shipping Policy

Nova Market Garage ships orders from our warehouse in Tennessee.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): $8.99 – $29.99 depending on weight and location.
• Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after processing.
• Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after shipment (continental U.S.).

Shipping Areas We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and issue a replacement or refund.
