At Nova Market Garage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Opened electrical parts, lighting kits, winches, or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@realnovamarket.com or (865) 245-9760 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense (we recommend using a trackable service).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
